If you are under the age of 16 (and older than 14), you will be required to be under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian during your entire time at the Soul Festival and may only work one shift per day (part-time). Please note: Unless prior arrangements are made because you are working set-up or tear down, you MUST WORK ALL 4 FESTIVAL DAYS. You must be able to start volunteering Wednesday, Festival Day 1. You may not start later in the week.
