Vending & Exhibiting at SoulFest
SoulFest provides a strong audience with over 10,000 people on site. Let SoulFest be the platform where you connect with new clients, get information out about your ministry, launch your campaign for school enrollment, announce your latest release, and much more.
If you have merchandise, a ministry, or information and are looking for a valuable way to connect with a targeted audience, then being a SoulFest vendor / exhibitor can benefit you greatly. We also always have a fun and tasty plethora of food options at SoulFest – if you’re interested in bringing your food truck (or booth), there’s a specific application for you too!
You can begin the application process below by downloading an application which contains information about schedules for arrival and departure, operations and cost. Scroll down to see a list of vendors onsite.
Click the application link that is applicable to your company or organization. The forms include all information necessary for registration, arrival and operation.

Connect with organizations and charities that will inspire you and provide ministry resources – regional radio stations playing today’s top Christian music, faith-based educational institutions for all ages, plus you’ll have the opportunity to shop for products that support meaningful missions. We can’t fail to mention food!
