Our Volunteer Family is a passionate community dedicated to creating a meaningful, joy-filled experience for everyone who attends. This year, we’re introducing exciting updates to make volunteering more impactful and rewarding than ever before.
This year, we’re shifting to a “Gideon’s Army” approach, focusing on a smaller, dedicated team of full-time volunteers. By streamlining our roles into full-time positions, we can better support our volunteers, simplify operations, and serve our audience more effectively than ever.
If you’re able to commit to at least three 8-hour shifts between Wednesday and Sunday, we encourage you to apply using the link below.

Handy with building, organizing, or fixing things?
Join the Set-Up Team before the festival or the Tear-Down Team afterward and help bring SoulFest to life—literally! From building stages to setting up tents, your skills will make everything run smoothly.
Super organized & great with people?
Be the friendly face and problem-solving pro on our Box Office Team, Guest Relations, or Merch Team! Whether you’re checking in guests, answering questions, or helping fans grab their favorite festival merch, you’ll keep the experience running seamlessly.
Foodie extraordinaire?
Join the Hospitality Team & Volunteer Meals to help fuel our incredible team! From prepping delicious meals to making sure volunteers stay energized, your role will keep everyone going strong.
Warm, friendly, and great at directing people?
Help festival-goers feel at home by joining our Parking Team, Guest Greeters, or Info Booth! You’ll be the guide that helps guests find their way while spreading kindness and joy.
Lively, outgoing, and love making connections?
Be the energy that kicks off the festival experience! As a SoulFest Entrance Greeter or Table Host in Coffeehouse Tents, you’ll welcome guests with enthusiasm and create meaningful connections.
Great with kids and organizing fun activities?
Bring joy to our youngest festival-goers by joining the Kids' Activities team! Whether you’re leading crafts, games, or activities, you’ll help make SoulFest a magical experience for children ages 5 and under or ages 6-12.
Strong sense of justice with a kind and humble nature?
Join the Peace Patrol and help create a safe and uplifting environment for all! You’ll be a reassuring presence, making sure everyone feels welcome and cared for.
Prefer working behind the scenes?
Support the festival in a big way by joining Festival Logistics or Inbound Email Questions! Whether you’re answering questions before the event or making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes, your work will be essential to the SoulFest experience.
Calm & friendly with a good sense of direction and adventure?
Do you love driving, have a dependable vehicle that seats at least five people comfortably, a valid drivers licence, and enjoy being part of the behind-the-scenes action? This could be the perfect role for you! We’re looking for friendly, flexible volunteers with reliable vans or large SUVs to help transport artists, speakers, and team members throughout the weekend. This is a fun, relational role—but it does require a calm spirit, a great sense of direction, and the ability to be on call and available when needed. You may be asked to run quick errands, shuttle guests to and from the stage or parking areas, or pick up supplies—we never fully know what will pop up, so a good sense of adventure is a plus!
